Digital Product Refunds

All products sold by Lowfind Digital are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

If You Haven't Downloaded Yet

If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded the file, and you contact us within 14 days of purchase, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

File Issues

If you experience a genuine issue with a downloaded file (corrupted file, wrong file, or file not as described), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will either provide a replacement file or issue a full refund.
