What is a digital download?
A digital download is a file (in our case, a PDF) that you purchase and download instantly — no physical item is shipped to you. You can print it at home or use it digitally on a tablet, iPad, or computer.
How do I receive my files?
Immediately after completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads directly from the order confirmation page.
Can I print the PDFs?
Yes. All our PDFs are designed to be printed at home on standard Letter or A4 paper. You can also use them digitally on a tablet with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or any PDF reader.
How many times can I download my files?
You can download your files up to 5 times per purchase. If you need additional downloads, just contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What format are the files in?
All our products are PDF files unless otherwise noted in the product description. They are compatible with all devices.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your download or file, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I share my downloads with others?
Each purchase is for personal use only. Please do not share, resell, or distribute the files. If you know someone who would benefit from our resources, please send them to our store — we appreciate your support.
